Instructions
The following link will take you to 5ivehole, our jersey supplier.
Once on the site, click on team stores at the top of the page.
Links for both Cadillac Hockey and the 131 Wolves (JV) are available.
Each player is required to have order:
1 dark jersey
1 pair dark socks
1 white jersey
1 pair white socks
additional jerseys and socks may be ordered if desired.
Parents are welcome to order a jersey to wear while supporting their player as well.
