Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Cadillac Hockey Tournaments

Registration includes $50 non-refundable registration fee. For Fall Freeze Tournament. Cancellation prior to 10/1/2025 = full refund (less non-refundable registration fee) Cancellation 10/1/2025 or after = We will make every attempt to fill your team's reserved space. If we are able to find a comparable replacement, we will issue a refund of the tournament fee less $100. If we are unable to secure a replacement, no refund will be available. For Hockey Night in Cadillac Tournament Cancellation prior to 1/15/2026 = full refund (less non-refundable registration fee) Cancellation 1/15/2026 or after = We will make every attempt to fill your team's reserved space. If we are able to find a comparable replacement, we will issue a refund of the tournament fee less $100. If we are unable to secure a replacement, no refund will be available.

Cross Ice Jamborees

More than 30 days before the event, a full refund less a $50 dollar registration fee Less than 30 days before the event, no refund unless a replacement team can be located. If a replacement is found, then a full refund less the $50 registration fee will be issued.

CDM Summer Development

NO refunds are available after registration has been completed.

CHL Men's League (18+)

Refund requests due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances may be presented to league management for consideration. All refund request decisions are at the sole discretion of league management.

Girls Hockey
